Committee for Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC)
Ensuring a Fair, Transparent & Student-Centric Environment
At Vasudev Educational Group, we believe that every student has the right to express concerns and seek fair resolution of grievances. The Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) has been established in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Grievance Redressal) Regulations, 2023, along with the guidelines of the Bar Council of India (BCI) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), to provide a transparent, impartial, and timely mechanism for addressing student grievances.
The Anti Ragging Committee has been constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Bar Council of India (BCI), and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) to prevent ragging, promote awareness, and ensure immediate action against any reported incident.
Objectives
- Ensure a fair and transparent grievance redressal system.
- Safeguard the rights and interests of students.
- Address academic, administrative, and campus-related concerns promptly.
- Promote a positive and student-friendly learning environment.
- Encourage students to voice their concerns without fear of discrimination or retaliation.
Functions of the Committee
- Receive and review grievances submitted by students.
- Investigate complaints in a fair, confidential, and impartial manner.
- Recommend appropriate corrective measures for grievance resolution.
- Resolve grievances related to academics, examinations, administration, facilities, and student welfare.
- Promote awareness about students’ rights, responsibilities, and institutional policies.
- Maintain records of complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
Types of Grievances
The Student Grievance Redressal Cell addresses issues related to:
- Academic matters and evaluation.
- Admission and fee-related concerns.
- Student facilities and campus infrastructure.
- Harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment.
- Administrative delays or service-related issues.
- Any other matter affecting the academic or personal well-being of students.

Grievance Submission
Students may submit their grievances to the Student Grievance Redressal Cell through the prescribed institutional process. Every complaint is treated with strict confidentiality, investigated objectively, and resolved as quickly as possible while ensuring fairness and transparency.
