Mr. Janardan Singh is an accomplished legal scholar with expertise across diverse domains of law, including the Law of Contract, Business Laws, Labour Studies and Social Welfare, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Law of the Sea and Maritime Law, Human Rights, and Forensic Justice.  He completed his B.Com (Company Law, Labour Law, and Insurance Law) from the University of Allahabad in 2009, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for his academic excellence. He pursued LL.B (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 2012 and later earned his LL.M in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University in 2016. He successfully cleared the UGC-NET in Law (2019) and the All India Bar Examination VI (2014), further establishing his credentials in legal academia and practice. He has also obtained Certificate Programmes from Nirma University,  V.V. Giri National Labour Institute, Tripura University etc. Mr. Singh’s academic journey and professional training reflect his dedication to legal education, research, and the evolving landscape of labour and maritime law. His multidisciplinary expertise positions him strongly in both academic and professional spheres of law.
